Terms and Conditions

By purchasing the TWTR Tron 5000 you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. There shall be no copying, duplicating, or redistributing and of any code, design, or functionality of this web application for any reason.
2. Returns: Due to the non-physical and secretive nature of the product all purchases are non-refundable.
   1. Exception: In the highly unlikely event that the product permanently stop working due to unforeseen changes in the core APIs that this application needs to run, the user can request a refund. The refund will be prorated at the the price the user paid for the product. For every month past the user’s initial purchase date to the day the API change renders the app unusable, their refund will decrease 8.3% of the total purchase price. After 1 year there is no longer the ability to request a refund.
3. Denial of Service
   1. Should the user engage in any acts deemed to be abuse, i.e. hacking, copying, purposely attempting to break the app, etc… The user will be denied access and not granted a refund.
   2. Should the user share an account with other non-paying users access to the app will be revoked and the user will be denied a refund
   3. Should the user share an the instructions for the effect with other non-paying users, access to the app will be revoked and the user will be denied a refund
   4. Should the user expose or attempt to expose the method of the effect the user’s access to the app will be revoked and the user will be denied a refund
4. Usage Rights:
   1. For any instance where more than 5,000 people may be watching an instance of the effect, written consent must be given by Cube MG to the user. I.e. viral videos, television, and large theater performances. This is to protect the effect from being exposed due to poor performance.
